  1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the relationship between the parties is governed by these terms and conditions, which take precedence over all others, even those written by hand. The contracting party expressly acknowledges having taken note of these conditions upon conclusion of the agreement.
  2. Any transport or shipment of goods delivered by us is always at the risk of the contracting party.
  3. The warranty we provide on delivered goods is always limited to the warranty granted to us by our supplier.
  4. Our invoices are payable in cash unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
  5. Non-payment on the due date of the invoice gives us the right to immediately and by operation of law suspend the execution of our works.
  6. In the event of non-payment of one invoice on the stipulated due date, the remaining deferred invoices become immediately and by operation of law due and payable.
  7. A delay in the execution of works that was unforeseeable and occurred beyond our control can never give rise to any compensation on our part or to the suspension of payment of invoices deferred by us.
  8. In the event of non-payment on the stipulated due date, a conventional late payment interest of 10% is due by operation of law from the due date until payment of the invoice, as well as a fixed penalty of 10%.
  9. The drawing and/or acceptance of bills of exchange does not constitute novation of the debt. The associated costs are always borne by the contracting party.
  10. Complaints regarding the delivery of goods or the execution of works must be communicated to us by registered letter, at the latest within eight days of the dispatch of the invoice.
  11. Any execution or delivery deadlines are not binding and failure to comply with them cannot give rise to any compensation.
  12. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of East Flanders, Ghent division, have jurisdiction to hear the matter.

Balustrades

Various types of wooden balustrades are available, made of tropical hardwood such as Azobé or Bilinga. These balustrades offer great architectural freedom, allowing them to be perfectly adapted to the bridge’s design. The balustrades are easily dismountable, ensuring easy long-term maintenance without affecting the integrity of the bridge.
